I have been swimming in Mangos....because it's Mango season and they are ridiculously cheap! I am not complaining... but... Bananas are basically life for any vegan. They are versatile and packed full of nutrition. But... Plantains....are bananas super hot and exotic cousin that is admired but no one really speaks to.
